Is there a joining fee?

No. We don’t charge fees to any of our suppliers, ever. The hourly rates agreed at the beginning of our relationship are what you will receive in full.

How many jobs will I get?

As the nature of our work is reactive, we can never guarantee job numbers. However, we can give you an idea of historic volumes, although generally the more properties in an area, the more volume we receive.

Which areas do I have to cover?

Ideally, we like to give our Engineers a 20 mile radius. However if you have multiple Engineers and would like a larger radius that’s fine. Similarly, if you need to work closer to home, just let us know.

How will I be offered jobs?

We’ll contact you either by telephone, SMS or e-mail, depending on your preferred method of communication. We understand you’re busy, so we’ll try to keep in touch however it suits you best.

What if I can’t cover a job?

No problem. If you’re unavailable, just let us know. We understand you have other clients and jobs and aren’t always available.

What type of work will I receive?

We can tailor works to suit your availability and skillset. You’ll receive as much or as little as you need.

How will I receive payment?

All payments are made by BACS directly into your bank account.

When will I be paid?

Payment becomes due 30 days from receipt of invoice. A remittance will be issued on the Friday of the week in which the invoice falls due, with cleared funds following 3-5 working days later. Payment runs are weekly via BACS, so once you’re over the initial delay, you should receive payment every Friday.

Can I quote for private works?

Unfortunately not. The strength of our relationships with our clients is built around honesty and integrity. By maintaining a ‘no private works rule’ it means we can confidently diagnose without ever being subject to the accusation of a ‘hidden agenda’.
